PLASTIKHAAR & UKIYO5 ARE MOVING LOCATION
Its a great pleasure to annouce that we will move our shop
into the heart of Zurichs old town: Niederdorf.
We will start working there from the 1th of september.
Opening Party will be at 19th of september from 5pm.
Now the shop will be open from mon-fri 11am-7pm and
saturdays 11am -5pm. We cant wait!!!

Economy Worldwide: 4-8 Weeks

Priority Europe: 2-10 workingdays
Priority Worldwide: 5-20 workingdays

Urgent Europe: 1-3 workingdays
Urgent Worldwide: 3-5 workingdays

- Customfees and taxes?

Please note that Switzerland is not in the EU!
therefore customfees can be charged!
Also VAT taxes vary from country to country.
We cant declare bigger orders as gifts or samples
since they will be held back at the custom offices.
This is not up to us to decide and we cant change
that either. Thank you for understanding.

- Trackingnumber?

Pakages under 2kg weight count as maxiletters and
are NOT trackingable and not INSURED.
Exept for URGENT orders, they always are trackable over TNT.com.
Packages over 2kg weight have freightletter, tracking number and
are insured!

- Is my package lost?

Orders hardly ever go lost! Mostly they are just late.
Please be patient if you ordered economy!
Economy orders can lay around the costum offices
for days and days.
If you want your order quick and secure go for priority shipping!
